Mysterious Beauty

Barbara Stanwyck was born in Brooklyn, NY in 1907. Her first job was at the local phone company for $14 a week, but soon began to follow her dreams of entering show business. Well, Ms. Stanwyck certainly did more than "enter" show business. In 1944 the government listed her as the nation's highest paying woman, earning $400,000. She did it by becoming one of the best actresses in Hollywood. Her wonderful performances in films like DOUBLE INDEMNITY, STELLA DALLAS, BALL OF FIRE and SORRY, WRONG NUMBER all earned her Best Actress nominations. In the classic 1944 film DOUBLE INDEMNITY with Fred MacMurray she wore a gorgeous pink ice diamond ring that we have proudly replicated for you.
