Lana's Sapphire and Diamond Earrings

 Lana's Sapphire and Diamond Earrings

Gorgeous Blue Ice

Born on February 8, 1920, or 1921, Lana Turner became known as "The Sweater Girl" for obvious reasons when she hit Hollywood in 1937. Although her personal life often dominated gossip columns, her talent shone bright in classics like JOHNNY EAGER, SOMEWHERE I'LL FIND YOU and WEEKEND AT THE WALDORF. In the latter part of Ms. Turner's career she proved without a shadow of a doubt that she still had her edge. Her performances in IMITATION OF LIFE, PORTRAIT IN BLACK and BACHELOR IN PARADISE left a lasting impression on Hollywood. In the 1959 IMITATION OF LIFE, Ms Turner wore these gorgeous diamond and sapphire earrings.

GEM: Each earring has 1 oval cut 2.6ct. man-made sapphire surrounded by 24 round clear CZ's. Convertible style, for pierced or clip. Sterling silver plated with Rhodium.
